Rubber Hose Cartoons

Rubber Hose animation was a style used extensively in American animation studios like those of Disney and the Fleischer brothers. The name comes from the fact that the arms and legs of the animated characters looked like "rubber hoses" and have no joints at the elbows, wrists, knees or feet.

I grew up watching Popeye, Betty Boop and Felix the Cat cartoons, so I cannot help but make a version of Rubber Hose style a part of my portfolio
